I had never felt completely relaxed when leaving my dogs in someone’s care—until I met Anne. She is so conscientious and caring and kept me updated on their adventures with texts and pictures, throughout our 3-week trip. Her home is a perfect sanctuary for dogs, which I think helps them feel at home. One of my dogs is a young Husky, who requires lots of energy (and a dose of patience). Anne proved up to the task, with beautiful hikes and long walks. My dogs mean the world to me, and to have someone this good is priceless. Chez Anne has been a wonderful find for our 3 year old lab mix Scout. He has stayed with her for a long weekend and for a full week. Anne is very active, caring and responsive. Scout was taken on long hikes every day and Anne sent photos of our happy dog each day. Anne really spent the time to understand Scout’s behavior, interests, and needs. Her yard is perfect for lazing around or playing with the other dogs, including her beautiful lab. Her family is very warm and welcoming and we are so happy to have found such a wonderful home for Scout to spend his vacation time while we’re away. I highly recommend Anne! — Catherine

I highly recommend Anne Boucher of “Chez Anne” for dog sitting. I was in a bind and needed a last minute place for my energetic and spoiled boxer to stay in someone’s home as my regular boarder was out of town. My dog is not crate trained, allowed to be on furniture and cannot stay in a kennel (like I said spoiled!) Anne only takes a couple dogs at a time in her home but took pity on me and took my girl last minute and treated her like her own. She sent me pics of daily hikes and of my pooped pup sleeping on the couch. It was such a relief to have my girl in such wonderful hands. – Patricia
